Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bob Rolfe and Craig Manufacturing officials announced Friday that the company will establish its first U.S. manufacturing facility in Lawrenceburg.

According to a press release, the company plans to invest nearly 6.4 million dollars and will create 80 jobs in Lawrence County during the next five years.

The third generation, family owned business chose Lawrenceburg as it was a perfect fit with a lot to offer, including being centrally located with great transportation links, proven suppliers, shared community values, and a spec building ready to go, with a property that offers room for future growth.

Craig manufacturing will locate operations in the 60,000-square-foot spec building in Team Lawrence Commerce Park and anticipates being fully operational by the second quarter of 2019.
