The Abraham McKissack Lodge #1489 and Mattie Bridgeforth Temple #1120 Elks Man and Woman of the Year have been announced. They are Randy Massey and Mollie Simmons Houston.

The awards were presented at the annual Elks Man and Woman of the Year Banquet Sept. 15.

Massey is very active in the community. He is a member of the Library Board and Abraham McKissack Lodge #1489, has been president of the Boys and Girls Club and has served on the Housing Authority Board, and is presently an alderman for the City of Pulaski.

Houston has served on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club,  is a member of Taylor Street Church of Christ where, in addition to serving on several committees, she has been a teacher for Sunday School, Wednesday Night Bible Class, the Ladies Bible Class and Vacation Bible School.
