Tuesday, Oct. 9, is the final day to register to vote for the Nov. 6 election, with early voting to start Oct. 17.

The Giles County Election Commission office continues to process voter registration applications, and they say they have received several voter applications online.

Oct. 30 is the deadline to request an absentee ballot at the Election Commission office.

Registering to vote and updating addresses may be done online at govotetn.com, by filling out a paper mail-in form or register in person at the election commission office.

On the ballot are city races in Pulaski and Ardmore, the Seventh District U. S. Congressional, the 70th District State House of Representatives and the United States Senate races.
