The Middle Tennessee District Fair starts Monday and continues thru Sunday September 30th. The event sponsored by the Rotary Club in Lawrenceburg is packed with events each night.
On Monday and Tuesday night it’s the Junk Car Jump n Run at 6:30. Wednesday night has the Demolition Derby starting at 6:30 featuring late model cars. Thursday and Saturday night featured events include a truck and tractor pull at 6:30, and Friday it’s the Tracy Lawrence concert starting at 7:00. Sunday afternoon at 2:00 come out and see the Tough Truck Challenge.
Monday thru Thursday and Sunday afternoon admission is $7.00, Friday and Saturday it’s $10.00 and that includes grandstand admission to the concert. Children ages 6-12 get in for $5.00, ages under 6 are free.
Thursday from 10am-2:00pm senior citizens are admitted to the fair for $2.00.
