Maudie Simmons, age 88, of Lewisburg died Saturday at her residence. She was a member of Second Avenue Church of Christ.

Survivors include a daughter, Evelyn Simmons of Lewisburg, a devoted friend and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Saturday from 11am till 12 noon at Second Avenue Church of Christ.

Services will follow at 12:00 Noon with Elder Gregory Yeargins, officiating.

Burial will be in Beechwood Cemetery.
