Thomas A. (Tommy) Campbell II died Monday evening at Marshall Medical Center. He was born in Pulaski, and was 72 years old.

He was a lifelong resident of Giles County and spent 27 years as County Commissioner.  He was an umpire for 35 years and was elected into the Little League Hall of Fame and Babe Ruth Hall of Fame. He was a member of East Hill Church of Christ.

Visitation will be 4 o’clock until 7 o’clock Thursday at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be 11 o’clock Friday in the chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Sain and Bro. Jonathan Burns officiating.

The burial will follow in Giles Memory Gardens.

He is survived by;

His wife Faye Brown Campbell of Pulaski.

One daughter Sheila Gann and husband Mark of Huntsville

Two sisters Faye Ledford and husband Billy of Lewisburg and Cheryl Alexander and husband Bert of Plano, TX.

Two grandchildren.

Several Nieces and Nephews.
