Barry Glenn Blade, age 55, died on Wednesday, in Southern TN Regional Health System, Pulaski.

He was born in Pulaski.

Visitation will be on Monday from 2PM to 5PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to assist with funeral expenses.

Survivors are: sisters, Pam Blade of Elkton, TN, Faye Crabtree and husband Rex of Conway Community, Gayle Blade of Elkton, TN, Ann Tipton of Elkton, TN, brother in law troy Tipton of Elkton, TN, special friends Randy Ranck of Pulaski, TN, Donnie Griffin of Elkton, TN.
