Jeremy Alan Hayes, age 32, died Thursday at Southern TN Regional Health System, Pulaski.

Funeral services will be at a later date.

Survivors are:  parents, Jerry and Donna Hayes of the Stella Community, grandparents, Jimmy Hayes of Fall River community, Katherine Benefield of Minor Hill, sisters, Tabitha Hawkins and husband Andy of Leoma, Megan Hayes of Pulaski, several aunts, uncles and cousins, nephews and nieces.
