Mary Anne Smith, 76, died Thursday, January 18th, 2024. She was born in Texas, her 7 her husband fostered 52 children.

Survivors include her husband, Arthur L Smith, children, Arthur L Smith II of Winchester, Robert L Smith of Tullahoma, Deadra L Markel of Michigan, 52 foster children, 11 grandchildren,  4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of her life will be arranged at a later date.
