Dorothy Mae (Houston) Hardison died December 29th, 2023 in Pulaski, at the age of 89. She attended Bridgeforth High School, worked at Genesco, and with the Harwell family, and was a member of the Taylor Street Church of Christ.

Survivors include daughters, Judy Marie and husband Jeffery Driver and Tereta “Teresa” Augusta Hardison of Pulaski, son, Steve LaVelle and wife Jackie Hardison of Chicago,1 daughter-in-law , 4 grandsons, 4 granddaughters, brothers, Burley and wife Helen Houston of Michigan, Buford and wife Yvette Houston of Chicago, sisters, Martha Marie and husband Gerald Martin of Brentwood, Sandra Faye and husband Johnny Allen of Michigan, also several great grandchildren, nieces,nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be January 6th, 2024 from 11:00am until12:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.

Services will be January 6th, 2024 at noon in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory

Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery with Bro. Marcus Houston Eulogist

Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements for Dorothy Mae Hardison.
