Charles Albert Boyd, died September 20th, 2023. He was born in Maury County, a United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam Era, and worked at Zeneca Chemical Company. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Mt. Pleasant, an ordained minister and deacon.

Survivors include his daughter, Lisa and husband Rob Scott, 1 grandson, and his special friend. He is also survived by bonus grandchildren, and siblings, David Boyd, Donald Boyd, Shirley Cube, and several other family members.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 30th, 2023, from 11:00am to 1:00pm at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant.

Services will be at 1:00pm.

Burial will be in the Garden of Everlasting Life at Polk Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Vanderbilt Cancer Center or your local Humane Society.
