Walter Talmadge “Tot” Parr of Ethridge died Thursday.  He was born in Pulaski and was 93 years old.

He was retired from Union Carbide.

He is preceded in death by his wives: Ruby Adams Parr and Doris Bennett Parr; parents, William Marvin and Thelma Byrd Parr; sisters: Lilly Mae Potts and Virginia Matlock; and brother, William Marvin Parr.

A graveside service will be held Monday at 1 p.m. in Polk Memorial Gardens, in Maury County.

He is survived by his daughters: Sally Parr of Pulaski and Donna Curtis and husband Michael of Summertown; sons: Steve Parr and wife Faye of Columbia and Frank Leslie Jones and wife Sonny of Hampshire; brother, Delmas Parr and wife Marlene of Birmingham; 4 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren
