Barbara Jean Bass of Prospect died Tuesday at NHC Healthcare Oakwood in Lewisburg. She was born in Giles County and was 60 years old.
She is preceded in death by her step-father and mother, George and Mae Violet McWilliams Bradley; sister, Helen Bradley; and son, Stephen Bass.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 6th from 11 a.m. until noon, with memorial service to follow at noon at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
Memorial donations are suggested to Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
She is survived by her husband, James Bass of Prospect; son, Dewayne Bass of Prospect; brothers: Eugene Bradley, David Bradley and Tom Bradley, all of Pulaski, and Floyd Bradley of Buffalo, New York; sisters-in-law, Mary Surles and husband Richard of Toney, and Martha Reynolds and husband Andrew of Prospect. Nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Barbara Jean Bass.
