Eric Harold Edwards of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021 at Skyline Medical Center at the age of 75. He was born on February 5, 1946 in Pensacola, Florida.

Harold received his undergraduate degree from Martin Methodist College.  He graduated with a Master’s in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University. Harold worked for the State of Tennessee in a variety of administrative roles for thirty-eight years.

Harold loved the Lord and was a member of Blakemore United Methodist Church.  He always carried “Pass it On” cards with a scripture to give to those who needed encouragement.  He enjoyed attending car shows with his antique car, coin collecting, be bop dancing, gardening, and visiting with friends and neighbors.    

He is preceded in death by this parents Earl M. Edwards and Katherine Hellmich Johns; wife Evelyn Jeanette Tomerlin Edwards; and brother Joseph Hellmich.

He is survived by daughter, Ann-Marie Gleason (Christopher), Nashville, Tennessee; sister Betty Edwards Daigle, Iowa, LA; brother Dennis Edward (Brenda), Pulaski, Tennessee; Sister Nicole Johns See (David), Grapevine, Texas; Sister-in-law Glenda Tomerlin Biggs (Danny), Pulaski, Tennessee; Cherished companion Patsye Canvish, Nashville, Tennessee; Step-brother David McElrath, Elkton, Tennessee; Step-brother Jamie McElrath, Pulaski, Tennessee; Step-sister Kay Burrow, Pulaski, Tennessee; Step-sister Janet Money, Lexington, North Carolina; and many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

There will be a graveside service at 10am on Friday, November 19 at Giles Memory Gardens in Pulaski, Tennessee.
