Mr. James Russell Bass, age 76, died on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, in Meadowbrook Health Care Facility, Pulaski, TN. A Graveside Service will be Sunday, October 10, 2021  at 1:00 pm at Union Hill Cemetery in Elkton, TN; viewing with be prior to the service from 12:30 – 1:00 pm.

Survivors include One Sister, Mary Surles, and husband Richard, Toney, AL; Local Survivors, Minnise Harney Birdsong, Elkton, Mae Fuller Smith and husband William Howard, Liz Gardner and husband Jeremiah, and Della White, all of Pulaski and a host of friends.
