Barbara Jo Caulk of Pulaski died Tuesday at Maury Regional Medical Center. She was born in Pulaski and was 69 years old.

She was a graduate of Giles County High School, Martin Methodist College and also attended Middle Tennessee State University, majoring in psychology and physiology. She was a former employee with the Giles County Health Department.

She is preceded in death by her father, Robert Earl Neely; mother, Josephine Ball; step-father, Charlie Ball; husband, Alan Caulk; grandparents: Jack Neely, Dorothy Hodges, Charlie Guy and Sallie Beth Newton; and great-grandparents, Mollie and Frank Neely.

Visitation will be 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Friday, at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.

Funeral services will follow visitation Friday in the chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with Brandon Grieves officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery

Memorial donations are suggested to the Giles County Humane Society, in care of P.O. Box 237, Pulaski, TN 38478 or Adoptable Angels, in care of 16654 West College Street Pulaski, TN 38478.

Survivors include special friends: Charlotte and Ronnie Martin of Pulaski, Paula and Art Strauss of Nashville, Waverly and John DeMers of Nashville and Connie and Bruce Harris of Pulaski; aunts: Maudie Newton and Clara Morgan, both of Pulaski, and Patsy Wilson of Kentucky; step-sister, Martha Warner; and several cousins.
