Pauline Townsend of Campbellsville died Tuesday at her home. She was born in Campbellsville and was 74 years old.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Helen Lemay Adams.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday at Carr and Erwin Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday at Carr and Erwin Funeral Home. Burial will be in Campbellsville Cemetery.

Survivors include: her husband, Leo Townsend of Campbellsville;  son, Roger Townsend of Pulaski; daughter, Jennifer Wilson of Lynnville; brothers:  David Adams, Larry Adams and Glenn Adams, all of Campbellsville, and Granvil Adams of Pulaski;  4 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
