Services for Kathleen Vance 84 of East St. Louis IL. will be Friday at Galilee Central Church,  Visitation  4-6 pm Services begin at 6 pm.

She was a native of Giles County and attended Bridgeforth School. She departed this life on Sat. March 7th and is survived by two children Carla Artison of California, and Anthony Clemons of East St. Louis IL., One brother Ozro (Cootie) Vance of Chicago IL. and locally by two sisters Jacqueline Gilbert Franklin, and Yvonne Brown, one Brother in-law Kenneth Donnell Franklin.
