Willis Herbert Brown of Columbia passed away Tuesday, January 14th, 2020 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on January 20, 1953, in Prospect, TN and was 66 years old.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. W.H. was born and raised in Prospect and graduated from Prospect High School. He also attended Columbia State Community College for 2 years. W.H. found God at an early age and was baptized at the Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church in Stella, TN. In 1983 W.H. joined in marriage to Mrs. Sheree Mostiller Brown. Mr. Brown was a quiet soft spoken genteel man and also an avid Titans fan.

Visitation will be on Monday, January 20th from 11:00am until 12:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home with the funeral service following at 12:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Will and Bernice Gilbert Brown, and brothers, James Brown, Nathan Brown, Paul Brown, and Randy Brown.

He is survived by his:

Wife of 37 years, Sheree Mostiller Brown of Columbia.

Son, Nicholas Mostiller of Columbia

Son, Randall (Zion) Gilbert of Pulaski

Grandson, Randall Rodell Gilbert, Jr. of Pulaski

Sisters, Ella (Luther) Jordan and Gladys Brown of Indiana, and Laura Shaw of Colorado.

Brother Wendell Brown of Pulaski

Host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.
