Terry Blake Polly, age 76, died on Thursday, January 9, 2020, in Maury Regional Medical Center, Columbia, TN.

He was born in Giles County, TN on September 22, 1943, retired farmer,  preceded in death by his parents, Ostine and Ellen Birdsong Polly, brothers, Norman Polly and George Polly, served in the US Army during the Vietnam Era.

Visitation will be on Sunday, January 12, 2020, from 4PM to 7PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 13, 2020, at 11AM, at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial to follow in Kedron Cemetery.

Survivors are:  wife, Judy Polly of Kedron Community, son, Steve Polly and wife Marlo of Kedron Community,  brother, Paul Polly and wife Frances of Conway Community, grandchildren, Whitney Bolasky and husband Tyler of NC, Blake Polly of Pulaski, TN,
