Sargent First Class/Commander Law-Rance Nelson Huff, 59 died New Year’s Day. He retired from the United States Army National Guard, served as Commander with the Veterans Alliance, volunteered with the Giles County Honor Guard and with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of America.

Survivors include his wife, Sarah, son Paul, mother Sallie Huff, sisters, Naomi Sebastian and Mary and husband Gregory Reynolds of Nashville, brothers, Reginald and wife Debbie Huff of Georgia, William Marvin and Edward Huff of Pulaski, Mother in-law, Margie McElroy, and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be at 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Friday at the Second Street Church of Christ.

Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery with full military honors.
