Armenta Clemmons of Lynnville died Wednesday at her home. She was born in Huntsville, and was 81 years old. She was a member of the Meadowbrook Baptist Church.

Visitation will be tomorrow (Saturday) from 11:00am until 1:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.

Services will follow at 1:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory

Burial will be in Lentzville Cemetery, Athens.

Memorial donations are suggested to the Alzheimer’s Association, 4825 Trousdale Drive, Suite 220, Nashville, TN. 37220.

Survivors include a Son, Gregg and wife Tammie Clemmons of Lynnville, Daughter, Stephanie Glover of Lynnville, 1 Grandson, 2 Great-grandchildren, Sister, Melanie and husband Henry McCrary of Decatur, Brothers, Dana Paul Buttner of Birmingham, and James Earl and wife Jo Buttner of Springville, Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
