Martha Katherine Blade of Pulaski died Tuesday at Maury Regional Medical Center. She was born in Pulaski and was 74 years old.

Visitation will be Friday from 3:00pm until 5:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.

Services will follow visitation 5:00pm in the Chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory with Robert Price officiating

Survivors include a Son, Mark and wife Michelle Majors of Pulaski, Daughter, Tina Majors of Pulaski, 9 Grandchildren, 12 Great grandchildren, Brother, James Brymer of Nashville, Sister, Mary Ann Lawrence of Clarksville and Several nieces and nephews also survive.
