Terry Dale Musgrove, age 53, died on Monday, in St. Thomas Midtown Hospital.

He was born in Pulaski,

Visitation will be on Wednesday, from 4PM to 8PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, at1PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial to follow in Giles Memory Garden.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra Musgrove of Leoma, and several nieces and nephews.
