Jeff Cardin, age 58, died on Thursday, in Southern TN Regional Health System, Pulaski.

He was born in Pulaski, Visitation will be on Saturday, from 4PM to 8PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, at 5PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial to follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery.

Survivors include his mother, Barbara Cardin of Pulaski, a son Eric Cardin and wife Brandy O’Malley of Fayetteville, a brother, Tom Cardin and wife Charlene of Pulaski, five grandchildren, and several, nieces and nephews.
