Chasity Lee Woodard, 39 of Lester, died Wednesday. She was a registered nurse, and an advocate for The American Foundatioon for Suicide Prevention. 

Visitation is from 6:00-9:00pm Monday at Spry Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service is 11:00am Tuesday at Spry Funeral Home Chapel, with burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband: Philip Woodard of Lester, Sons: Caleb Woodard, Caiden Woodard and Oakley Woodard all of Lester, Daughter: Annsleigh Woodard of Lester, Father: Barry Smith and wife Phyllis of Minor Hill, her Mother: Sherry Abreu and husband Ray of Columbia, and Grandmother: Charlotte Hawkins of Minor Hill, Tennessee.
