Dezzie Derece Tipper Hood, age 85, died on Thursday in Southern TN Regional Health System, Pulaski.

She was born in Lawrence County, retired from Le Mar Shirt Factory, Visitation will be on Sunday, from 4PM to 8PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, at 10AM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial to follow in Old Shores Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband, Denmon Hood of Pulaski, TN, 2 sons, Nelson Hood and wife Janice of Pulaski, Charles Hood and wife Marsha of Goodspring, 4 grandchildren 1 great great grandchild.
