Elizabeth Ann Mack of Pulaski died Sunday, at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia.  She was born in Syracuse, New York and was 62 years old.

She graduated with from Martin Methodist College, and  Middle Tennessee State University.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.

The funeral service will take place on Wednesday, at 11:00am in the Chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home with Bro. Mark Johnson officiating.

Burial in Diana Cemetery.

She is survived by her,

Daughter, Erin Lea Mack of Pulaski

Son, Michael Richard Mack and wife Jennifer of Pulaski

Husband, Terry Willoughby of Pulaski

Four grandchildren, one great grandchild also survive.
