Stacey Jean Blade of Minor Hill died Monday at her residence. She was born in Pulaski and was 41 years old.

Visitation will be Friday from 3:00pm until 6:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will take place following visitation Friday at 6:00pm in the Chapel of Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.

She is survived by her, Daughters, Cheyenne Bass and fiancé’ Nick Saros of Pulaski, and Autumn B. Bass, Life companion, Bill Bass of Pulaski, 1 Granddaughter, Mother, Kathy Blade of Pulaski, Sister, Tina Garrett of Pulaski, Brother, Mark and wife Michelle Majors of Bunker Hill, Several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends also survive.
