Thomas Allen Appleton of Pulaski died on Sunday, at Quality Center for Rehab & Healing in Lebanon and was 59 years old. 

Visitation will be on Wednesday, from 4:00pm until 6:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be on Thursday, at 11:00am at Leggtown Cemetery.

He is survived by his, sisters Ruby Smith, and Norma Smith of Prospect, Mary Coleman and Brenda Swinger of Pulaski. a brother, William Legg of Louisville
