The Giles County Region Planning Commission will meet at 5 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 3, in the Basement Boardroom at the Courthouse Annex.

Chairman Shara Flacy says regular monthly business discussions are on the agenda.

The Flag and Seal Committee will meet at 9 a.m., Tuesday, Aug. 15th, in the Basement Boardroom at the Courthouse Annex.

The committee members will finalize plans for the official flag and seal that was recently approved by the Giles County Commission.

The Giles County Agri-Park Committee will meet at 9 a.m., Thursday, July 27th, in the Basement Boardroom in the Courthouse Annex.

On the agenda for discussion is the Giles County Fair, a tractor and any other business to come before the committee. Chairman is Stoney Jackson.
