The accident happened around 6537 Campbellsville Pike Road, on the county line, where Giles County EMS ambulances responded to the roll-over. The ambulance service's A-T-V was used to get to the victim.

A string of accidents with injuries have occurred over the last few days. Giles County EMS Director Roy Griggs said among all the medical calls, the ambulance service responded to accidents with possible injuries over the weekend. On Interstate 65 around the 13 mile marker there were two separate accidents; from the scene on Ardmore Ridge Road, one victim was transported to Madison Hospital; and EMS responded to another accident scene ion Bee Spring Road.
