The 2024 NAIA Competitive Cheer All-Americans have been announced by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics after the conclusion of the 8th Annual National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics National Championship.

On the 2023-24 National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics Competitive Cheer All-America Team First Team is  Colt Roberts of the University of Tennessee Southern, and Nakiya Mostella of the University of Tennessee Southern.
