An Elkmont man was arrested and charged with drug trafficking Tuesday after police seized seven ounces of methamphetamine during a joint operation.

Units involved in the arrest were the Limestone County Narcotics Unit, Limestone County SWAT Team, Madison County Narcotics Unit, and Huntsville PD Narcotics Unit.

Leonard Yarbrough Jr., 28, was taken to the Limestone County Detention Center.
