The Giles County Legislative Committee will have a Meeting followed by a Budget Committee Meeting followed by a Financial Management Committee Meeting in the Basement Boardroom at the Courthouse Annex, Friday, February 9th, 2024 at 9:00am

Items on the Agenda include the County Executive Announcements, Chair’s Business for the Legislative committee, including 2 Recommended Rule Changes (Rule 8 and Rule 15).

Next, the Chair’s Business for the Budget committee, including Setting a Budget Calendar and Budget Amendments.

Then the Chair’s Business for the Financial Management committee, including Asset Disposition, Bridgeforth Debt Options, and Capital Project Management SOP.

Note, The Chair will ensure time for public comment prior to voting on each item of business. Members of public are limited to 5 minutes duration per agenda item.

Finally, any Old Business, New Business, and the setting of the Next Meeting Date/Time, and then Adjournment.
