In a continuing story, a former PES Employee is due in Giles County Circuit Court Criminal Monday, November 28th for what the court lists as Settlement Day.
Jenna Coleman’s (the former PES Employee) case will continue as she answers charges to Count 1…THEFT OF PROPERTY in the amount of $10,000-$60,000, Count 2…COMPUTER OFFENSE in the amount of $10,000-$60,000, and Count 3, DESTRUCT and TAMPER WITH GOVERNMENTAL RECORDS.
