The case against a former PES (Pulaski Electric System) employee is moving forward.
The State of Tennessee’s Comptroller’s Office and Investigator Jessica Hannah will pursue three charges against former PES Employee Jenna Coleman, starting Monday, October 31st in Giles County Circuit/Criminal Court.

THEFT OF PROPERTY in the amount of $10,000 to $60,000
COMPUTER OFFENSE in the amount of $10,000 to $60,000
DESTRUCT & TAMPER W/GOVERNMENTAL RECORDS
