The Pulaski Police, Pulaski Fire, Giles County Fire and Rescue and Giles EMS responded to an accident Thursday afternoon near McDonald's.

The driver was removed from his vehicle after landing in a ravine next to the restaurant.

Reports show the pickup truck was westbound when it reportedly hit another vehicle at a stoplight at the intersection of West College and Eighth streets before continuing down the hill, through the McDonald's parking lot and into the ravine.

Pulaski Police are investigating the crash and treating it as a medical related incident at this time.
