An Athens, Alabama man was arrested Saturday by the Pulaski Police Department and charged with possession of a weapon.
James Ruben Hatter, age 41, also faces charges of Shoplifting-Theft of Property and Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
He was taken to the Giles County Jail and placed under a $22,000.
Court date was set February 18th at 8 a.m.
Also, arrested over the weekend was Jonathan Alvin Counts IV, age 32, of Lynnville.
Counts was charged with Aggravated and Domestic Assault.
Bond was set at $11,000 and he will appear in General Sessions Court on February 18th at 8:30 a.m.
