A traffic stop this morning (Thursday)resulted in the arrest of a New Orleans, Louisiana man.

According to reports, Tennessee Highway Trooper Jeremy Miller initiated a traffic stop just after a.m.  and charged the driver, Chris Andrew Rounds, 30, with Schedule 6 Drug Violation, Schedule 1 Drug Violation, and Unlawful Carrying or Possession of a Weapon.

He was booked in the Giles County jail and bond was set at $7,100.

Rounds is to appear in General Session Court on December 17th at 8:30 a.m.
