Thirty-plus Ardmore area businesses have joined together with Cash Express, LLC to collect new toys, coats and non-perishable food items to help needy families this Christmas. Cash donations are also welcome.

"In this time of economic stress and uncertainty, many people need help," said Garry McNabb of Cash Express.

For the 15th consecutive year, toys, canned food and coats are being collected for the underprivileged. Participating businesses have teamed up with Ardmore Police Department to distribute these items in the community.

Donations of new unwrapped toys, new coats in all sizes, and non-perishable food items can be dropped off at any of the 30 drop-off locations. Good used coats will also be accepted. Cash donations will also be accepted. The deadline for all donations is December 15. All items collected in the Ardmore area will be distributed to families living within the area.
