The Giles County Commission will meet Monday in the County Boardroom at the Giles County Courthouse.

The agenda includes reports for October 2019 from the Finance Director including Giles County General Fund, Drug, Highway, School Federal, Food Services, Debt Services, Capital Projects, Highway Capital Projects, Education Capital Projects, Giles County Highway and the Giles County Health Department Quarterly report.

The commissioners are to approve 2 Giles Countians their notary duties and 3 new notaries during the meeting.

Authorizing resolutions will be heard on the approval of  naming bridges, TennCare to reimburse ground ambulance providers, Collection and Write-Off policy for Giles County Ambulance Service, and monthly rate for 9-1-1.

Commissioners will consider authorizing the amendment of the 2019-2020 budget and County General Fund 101 and General Purpose School Fund 141.

Reports from Economic Director David Hamilton, County Executive Melissa Greene, and Finance Director will be presented.
