The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission granted Martin Methodist College its 10th year reaffirmation of its accreditation through 2029 without further monitoring and or recommendations.

The process of reaffirmation is a 2-3 year process as the College makes a case for compliance regarding more than 80 standards that relate to fourteen different areas including financial responsibility, adequate facilities, faculty qualifications, student outcomes, student support, governance, and institutional integrity.

Martin Methodist College President Mark LaBranche said, it was a team effort requiring the best of the staff, faculty, trustees, and administration. It is also a testament to the strength and quality of our institution.
