The Lewisburg Police Department has issued a missing child alert.
Madeline Renee Elizabeth Foley, 16, was last seen at Marshall County High School in Lewisburg October 24th.
She is 5 feet 9 inches and weighs 190 pounds and has blonde hair and blue eyes.
