First National Bank Kids Klub is hosting a Halloween Hotdog Supper tonight at the FNB's Gazebo and if rain it will be moved into the Giles Heritage Theatre from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

WKSR remote will be in front of the Outlook talking and giving candy to all spooks from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m.

A Harvest Fest will be held at First Baptist Church and also go by the Giles County Public Library for trick or treating.

Giles County Law Enforcement is reminding evening commuters and other motorists to expect more pedestrians on the road tonight, as children and families across the county will be trick-or-treating through neighborhoods.

Giles County Kyle Helton said he would have extra patrol throughout Halloween night for the safety of kids. “We will patrol all rural areas in the community and if you see anything suspicious please call 911 and we should have someone close by,” said Helton

Stop by PES on Friday for some sweet treats, grilled hot dogs, chips, games and much more. They will be setup at the 2nd Street entrance (across from the Library) from 4 until 6 pm or while supplies last.

Giles Chamber of Commerce canceled Spook Around the Square until Friday from 4 until 6 p.m. due to the rain.
