A Lavergne woman authorities say is responsible for a string of burglaries in Giles County has been arrested.

The Giles County Sheriff Department arrested Aubrey Lynn Clement, age 23, and she was taken to the Giles County Jail and booked on 8 counts of burglary and 6 counts of Theft of property.

The arrest was made Monday around 7 p.m.

She is being held on a $94,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Circuit Court on November 22nd to answer all charges.

Deputy Christian Rock was the arresting officer.

In other arrest, Tennessee Highway Patrol arrested Joshua Blake Grinder, 20, of Lawrenceburg, and charged him with Driving under the Influence.

Grinder is in jail on a $1,000 bond and court date was set November 5th.

Pulaski Police Department arrested Richard Lee Kidd, age 48, and charged him with three counts of Violation of Probation in General Sessions Court and 1 count of Violation of Probation in Circuit Court.

Kidd is being held without bond.

Patrolman Lake Foster was the arresting officer.

Elkton Police Department arrested John Owen Compton, age 57, of Lawrenceburg, with Vandalism.

Bond was set at $1,000 and Compton is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on November 7th.
