A Loretta man is being held in the Giles County Jail without bond after being arrested today on theft of property charges.

Pulaski Police Officer Corey Medley arrested James Joseph Blevins, age 36, and charged him with shoplifting-theft of property and Violation of Probation in General Sessions Court.

Blevins is to appear in court on October 29th at 8 a.m. to answer both charges.
