Giles County Sheriff’s department is asking to keep a lookout for a winch that was stolen over the weekend off a trailer in the Powder Mill Hill area between Pulaski and Lawrenceburg.

According to reports, this is not like a regular winch it has a custom welded mount on the bottom, so it can be mounted to a receiver hitch and a block and tackle added to the cable.

Local authorities ask if someone sees the custom winch for sale in a marketplace or pawn shop please report to the Giles County Sheriff’s office at 931-363-3505.
