A Giles County man was killed in a single vehicle accident late Tuesday.  According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, John Lamar Tucker the third, 47 of Prospect, was killed when he was ejected from a Polaris Razor he was driving. 

The incident occurred around 9:30 on Liberty Road as Tucker attempted to negotiate a left-hand curve and overturned.  One other person traveling in the atv sustained non-life-threatening injuries.  The accident is being investigated by the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
