A Nashville man is behind bars after being charged on theft charges in Pulaski.
Jeffery Todd Starnes of Nashville was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of theft .
According to Lieutenant Joey Turner of the Pulaski Police Department, Starnes was involved in scamming cashiers out of money from Bull Market and Subway located in Wal-Mart.
Starnes was identified from related crimes located in other counties.
He is currently in the Sumner County Jail serving an 8 year sentence for related theft charges.
